HealthKit Data

If you choose to integrate MuscleMemo with HealthKit, the app will have access only to the health data types you explicitly allow.

• The app only reads and displays HealthKit data within the app interface.
• No health data is collected, stored externally, or shared with third parties.
• MuscleMemo may request permission to write certain workout-related data into your HealthKit store, but only with your consent.
• Your health data remains private within your device and HealthKit store.
