1. Definitions and Legal References
The Terms: These Terms of Use include those outlined in the Privacy Policy.
Copyright Holder: Individual Juri Breslauer ([email protected]).
The Application: MuscleMemo, a mobile application developed by the Copyright Holder.
User: Any individual using the Application who agrees to these Terms.
2. Legal Information
By using the Application, the User agrees to these Terms of Use. All disputes related to these Terms will be resolved under the laws of Germany.
3. Agreement
By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
4. User Conduct
The Application is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the Application.
5. Data Storage and Privacy
The Application does not collect, process, or store personal data. All user data is stored locally on the user’s device.
6. Subscription Payments, Renewals, and Cancellations
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. No refunds are available.
7. Unavoidable Legal Stuff
THE APPLICATION AND ANY OTHER SERVICES OR CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE AVAILABLE "AS IS" OR "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS (EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ORAL OR WRITTEN) REGARDING THE APPLICATION OR CONTENT MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH IT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL JURI BRESLAUER BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE APPLICATION.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO JURI BRESLAUER FOR THE APPLICATION.
YOU AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD US HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIMS, COSTS, DAMAGES, OR LIABILITIES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.
8. Final Provisions
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes will be handled under German jurisdiction.
